Nowhere in his report does he condemn the constant firing of rockets against civilian populations on the Negev (Sderot being the most afflicted town). If he wants to speak on behalf of innocent civilians who are terrorized by the state of war that is playing out between Israel and the Hamas controlled Gaza Strip, his accusations should be pointed to both parties. One-sided accusations by UN organizations and their elected representatives ensure that this organization is becoming putrified and worthless. If the tenor of the UN is to gang up on only one guilty party, then citizens of democratic countries should demand their governments to stop funding such organzations.
